Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We are glad to offer an exchange, store credit or refund* on an item purchased from us. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof or purchase. 

Change of Mind

If you have had a change of heart with the item you have purchased, we'll need to receive the item in its unused, unopened form. We will be glad to offer an exchange for something of equivalent value.

Please note that return shipping fees are not covered. Discounted products are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

Faulty  Item

If the product you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue and accompanying photos.

Incorrect Item/ Damaged on Arrival

If you have received the wrong item or the item had been damaged during transit, kindly contact us with a detailed description of the issue and accompanying photos.

 

Allergy**

In the rare instance that you have allergic reaction to the item you have purchased, kindly contact us with a detailed description of the reaction , accompanying photos and discontinue use immediately.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.


    HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

    1. Get in Touch

    To request a return, please email info@medipeel.com.au with the required information above.

    2. Wait for Reply

    We will be in touch via email with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

    3. Pack and Send

    Pack your item carefully and follow the instructions in the email to print your shipping label and tape it on the box.

    You may drop off your parcel at your local post office.

     

    4. Return Processing

    Please wait while we receive your item and we will process your return as soon as possible upon receiving your item.

    We will be in touch as soon as your return is completed.


      *REFUNDS

      1. Please note that all refunds requests must be accompanied by a proof of purchase documents.
      2. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, however we are happy to offer an exchange for the item.
      3. Incorrect items, damaged or faulty items are ineligible for refunds but we will be glad to offer an exchange for the item in question.
      4. We will not be able to offer a refund if the goods returned are not in re-saleable condition (i.e. unopened, unused, unworn and as sold).
      5. We will not be able to offer a refund for items that are under special exceptions (e.g. discounted merchandises).
      6. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded and we are not able to provide refunds for shipping delays.

      **Allergic reactions as reason for refund requires a doctor certificate as proof of symptom.
